Unfortunately the close proximity of 'Mother Wales' under this slate waste base has precluded the addition of a pit within the budget. Completed concrete base, 8-Nov-2009. Unfortunately a puddle has formed in the middle of the base but not bad for a mainly amateur effort! It isn't likely to fill up with water once a roof is on it in any case. - Andrew Nelms
